Hi guys,

i've decided that i will leave blogger......and move to tumblr! woot woot! yeah, the reason? no, it's just i'm more used to tumblr, and i just can't put my fingers on blogger html and templates. i'm sure you just don't want to see a plain, boring blog, right? i'll keep posting, there's no changes. it's just the platform that changes. XOXO, tara.

I paired a white shirt with a green skort for a comfy yet still look put together look. The yellow Dr Martens supposed to make you look more casual by the style of the boots.

Hey guys! Are you enjoying your day so far? Well, i hope you do. I feel like i rant so much in my blog post and i believe you don't really want to hear my rants. So, i'm just gonna talk about my latest obsession called EXO. For some of you guys may already know EXO and you would think like 'wtf Tara what's wrong with you' and yeah there's nothing wrong with me. I feel like this obsession grows each day. They are all so cute, funny, silly etc etc etc. If you are wondering, my bias is Sehun! yay shout out to EXO's maknae <3 and i'm debating myself if i should buy the new album or not.. should i buy it?

halo, halo bandung! DAY1

Hello people!

Today's post is about my journey to Bandung with the very best friends someone ever could ask for (lol). We left on Friday, April 10th by train and arrived safely at Cimahi train station on 12 pm.

happy faces <3

we made it wooohoooo

We stayed at Frily's aunt home in Cimahi, we went there by angkot and took some rest. At 4 pm-ish, we took a stroll around Braga Street. The street's vibe is so vintage-y, and yes, the buildings are from the Dutch era. Then, we went to the city park. The park was nice, there were lots of people danced to EXO's song and i'm like omg what how it's so exciiiiiting!(ᇂ∀ᇂ╬)

the city hall

And to satisfy our belly, we ate at Bebek Garang, the food was so tasty, and the duck was nicely-cooked. we finished eating at around 7 pm and decided to go to Paris Van Java, we kinda got lost which sucks because we hopped on the wrong angkot but in the end, we made it to PVJ.

Feeling tired, we went home by angkot and (again) we took the wrong angkot and end up in Ciumbuleuit. It was around 10:30 pm and we didn't know where to go. After waiting for i-don't-know-how-long, a driver came to pick us up and yay we arrived safely at home.

Bandung day 2 will be up soon.

floral me up

Forever 21 kimono & white cropped top, Topshop jeans, h&m booties, Zara purse

Hello guys!

For this week's post, i paired the floral kimono with a white cropped t-shirt for a simple look. The jeans made it looked more practical. For those days when you need to walk around in a long period of time, these boots are the best idea. It's black, stylish, and super comfy.

Yay hello again! I'm currently enjoying my time at home today. I came back from my trip on monday, it was soooo fun! Let me know if you want a post about my last trip, i surely will write about it. And sorry for the unorganized posting schedule, i'm trying my best, trust me.

Hello guys! Good to see you again.

i am truly sorry for the lack of posts. i already made myself some kind of promise to never pass a week without a post, and yet i still fail. it actually took a lot of work and commitment to post stuff here. well one of the reason why i haven't post anything since ages is because school. ugh school really made me stressed out. ah enough blabbering.

How you've been doing guys? Are things alright? I just finish my midterm tests and i'm pretty sure i got terrifying score. Lately i've been feeling sooo lazy and my brain just deny all of the lessons that i was trying to learn. Luckily i got friends that will hopefully support me no matter what. How about you guys?

Oh, i am trying to surround myself with positive vibes, i just hate high school dramas. I'm over it guys, i don't care about anything anymore??? Alright i think that's it for this week's post. Adios :)

mayday!

Hello, lovely people!

Sorry i haven't posted anything for a while, because the 4th semester has just begun and it's all hectic!

I'm so not ready for next year, still couldn't believe that next year i'm a uni student. Mom said that i should take medical school but when i think of it, i really don't want to go. I hate looking at lungs, heart and other weird things.

Oh, please enjoy this outfit post.

I bought the army jacket on sale, a pretty good deal at Topshop.

coat: Topshop, tees: Monstore, skirt: cotton on

clutch: cotton on

shoes: Converse

Back to the uni topic. I'm thinking that i should take the engineering degree, and to be specific, a degree that studies how to build a spaceship. Why engineering? Because out of the 4 subjects in school (maths, physics, chemistry, and biology), the subject i don't really hate is physics. But well.. I'm just going to let the future answer. all i gotta do is study harder and pray more.

And anyway, i'm skipping school today (yay) because i think i got a flu virus yesterday at school. I literally am  dozing off right now..

I'm wishing you all to have a good day! :)

a short getaway

Hello, internet people!

It's my first entry here, i'm actually in the mood for challenge and adventure. So, today, i'm going to make an entry about my getaway to Dieng, Wonosobo on December 26th.

We hopped in the minibus at about 7 p.m and arrived there safely at 10 a.m. It was pretty long journey, right? We first grabbed brunch at a 'warung' near the Arjuna Temple. We were going to go to the Arjuna Temple after brunch but we decided not to because it was raining. While we were waiting for the rain to stop pouring, we went to the theatre to watch a short documentary about the Dieng Plateau, how it was formed and such. The documentary were last for about a half an hour, after it finished, we went straight to the homestay to get a quick rest before we continue the journey.

Feeling a little bit well-rested, we decided to explore some more cool places, we went to Arjuna Temple. The wind wasn't really nice and the rain was still pouring, so we had to put on our raincoat.

We still had some time before the sun sets, so we quickly went to Telaga Warna and Telaga Pengilon. In case you don't know what telaga is, telaga in english is a well. The well was big enough and the local people said that it's kinda deep. The well was magnificent but, again, the rain wasn't getting along with us.

Telaga Warna

The guide there asked us if we want to see some caves near the well, we said yeah sure like why not? We had to walk a bit into the forest and we found about 3 or 4 caves. But, i'm sorry i couldn't tell you what are the caves, because, you know my brain decided to do it's thing.

walking towards the woods

After exploring some places, we went back to the homestay because the rain got harder and harder. We had to get enough sleep for chasing the sunrise on the next day.

At 4 a.m, we woke up and went for a hike to a hill. The hike wasn't very long and exhausting, it lasted for about 30-50 minutes. An hour if you take many breaks. We reached the peak at 5 a.m and waited for the sunrise. The sun seemed shy, she didn't show herself. Well, she did but it just lasted for 2 seconds and she went back to her hiding place. I felt a little bit upset because we didn't see what people says Golden Sunrise. It was very cold at the peak, about 3-5 degrees and the wind was blowing.

reaching the summit is always a blessing

We went down, took showers, and packed our things at the homestay. Then, we went to the Sikidang Crater. Took some photos and quickly went back to the minibus because the wind was very hard.

We end our journey and went back to Jakarta at 2 p.m. Dieng was wonderful, and i definitely looking forward to go there again, because i still have a long list for places that i couldn't visit yesterday.

oh, and anyway, happy new year! hope you are having a great NYE! :)
